Managing anger

Hello all,
This is an interesting idea for me. I just know that we cannot judge what kind of person we are when we are in happy mood.
The best time to know about ourselves is when we are in the state of anger. People in this condition is really temperamental..not thinking wisely….. very easy to do something bad like making bad words, shouting, screaming, destroying, or even killing other people.
To know about you yourself, just see what you will do when you are angry to somebody or some people. Are you inclined to do the bad things I mentioned above? If so, you should learn a lot more about life. (I am still in this category, but now I must learn how to manage my anger)
On the other part, if you could manage your anger into something positive, like you will not blame others, you will not shout/scream to the people you’re angry with, you will not destroy things, you will not run away, etc…. and here You deserve to get TWO THUMBS UP for your character. This is what the expert say “managing anger” when we are success… and we will live much better, also away from certain deseases,like dizzy, high blood pressure,  or even heart attact.
The best thing when we can manage our anger is that the feeling of incredible satisfaction in our mind.
I am really want to do this.. and I must do it.
